Do you say artsy or arty?
Dang these pretty girls, I prefer artistic, but I say, ‘um, artsy.’
I am not lacking for invitations these days, but am sorely in need of the will to say, ‘LOOK! OVER THERE!’ and runrunrun. My calendar is a bullet-ridden ramparts, pock marked and refilled with red clay mortar. My checking account is teeming with the blood money of broken dates and rendezvous. I am afraid to open my inbox, I just know it has been rigged for my displeasure.
That said, I cannot deny the excitement around me at the moment, and if karma is to intervene in my personal affairs, at least it has seen fit to put me up in nice accommodations. I am booking flights for

Am I allowed to comment now? Yes. Maybe? Hello?
You're the first person I've ever virtually seen going 'phew!' (virtually) regarding Salt Lake City's unfriendly tendencies toward alcohol.
Come on to Denver...we're waiting for you ;)
Oh, and I only use "artsy" with the conjoined term "fartsy". Sort of like “okey” and “dokey”.
What good is Denver if it's not football season, I ask you? (Because I damn sure can't ask the Nuggets... what's left of 'em.)
artsy. definitely artsy.
Not even for you.
Oh, poor Brandon. He's so popular, boo-hoo.
sir, i have been to salt lake many, many times, and i have to agree this is the first time i have ever PHEWED about it.
jodie, that's awesome. what would be more awesome is if you own a cab company. because a few months back i spent about a billion dollars on cab fare in denver.
e, hopefully 'melo reads my blog and will give up liquor, just like me!
mainja, artsy it's.
miss syl, ha, that is awesome. i guess i get his girl.
steph, don't tease! being popular isn't all roses and women's underwear. it's also hard work and brassieres.
gotta be artsy. arty gets confused too often with shaw or lange or...fax
Brandon - It's snowing in Denver this morning. Fat and happy, like you see in the movies flakes. It was 80 degrees yesterday.
Oh, and the gov just signed something to allow liquor sales in Colorado on Sundays. Blue Law obliterated. Goes into effect July 1.
And to be honest, the hardest work of all usually involves the brassieres. No?
No, no, no -- the hard work is all below the belt.
And no complaining about the Nuggets. They're not the Bucks, alright?
i agree with mainja. definitely artsy. if i were arty, i would have to actually be talented at art. but artsy lets you get away with being so-so at artistic things.
artsy sounds a lot like truthy.
i am going to stick with artistic if it's all the same. and completely avoid pretty girls.
